The centerpiece of the festival takes place on Saturday, March 29, when the Grand Tasting at The G Ballroom welcomes over 50 world-class wine producers for an exciting day of discovery. Simultaneously, panel discussions at Sarto will bring together industry insiders, media, sommeliers, and top chefs for lively conversations on innovation, sustainability, and the evolving culture of the hospitality industry. The evening culminates with the Vintners Dinner at the Reserve on Dorrance, a refined culinary experience featuring James Beard-nominated chef Derek Wagner and a diverse, beautifully curated pairing of French wines.
